Dr Aaron Lerner of Independent Media, Research and Analysis (IMRA) reports that during the Oslo period, Yossi Sarid, then Minister of Environment made this statement;
“Anyone who did something after the 13th of September [AL: 1993 – Oslo] is out of the deal. They will not qualify for release.” Minister of Environment Yossi Sarid to IMRA 27 June, 1995
But through the years, there have been hundreds, if not thousands of such terrorists released by way of Israel’s convoluted, depraved
revolving door penal code and the concept of gestures and “confidence-building.” And the Islamics have learned and re-learned that injuring, maiming and taking Jewish lives pays and that the oaths they sign upon their release are meaningless spent toilet-paper.

Unfortunately, Dr. Lerner brings out Sarid’s 1995 statement within the context of a weekly commentary which can be understood or placed in the context of seeming to accept, as a fait accompli — as a done deal, an Olmert/Abbas “joint declaration,” with all that it implies for Jerusalem, for Yehuda and Shomron’s Jews and for Eretz Yisrael. This is a negative message.
To accept, or to appear to accept such a phoney, bogus “joint declaration” as a done deal, as fact, is wrong. Such acceptance, rather than making the points which Dr. Lerner tries to make, that there is a stiff price to pay for harming Jews, would actually add further credibility to the perceived Islamic notion that terrorism pays and that there are benefits in harming Jews. Acceptance of such a “joint declaration” discredits, in the eyes of the nations, the Jewish people’s divine right to Eretz Yisrael. To accept this “joint declaration” as a done deal is a Chillul Hashem on a massive scale.
Dr. Lerner’s point appears to be that the Olso-era regimes in Israel draw bogus red-lines which they have no intention of sticking to, rather than reveal the evil schemes and plans initially, allowing the lobster to jump out of the pot before boiled — in short to abort the regime’s evil schemes and plans for the Jews.
And so, like boiling a lobster, the regime keeps turning up the heat slowly, slowly as the Jews acclimate each time until finally the heat is turned to it’s highest and the lobster, or rather the Jew, the Israeli devoid of Torah or Jewish connection, is boiled along with his religious counter-parts who threatened but the walk didn’t match the talk or because they lifted not a finger — “it’s not at my door.”
And boil-up time indeed seems near as the Olmerts, Barak, Liebermans, Ramons, etc. make NO pretext about their aims, or else why would they pull out the same woman of ill-repute in the same exact soiled clothes as Ehud Barak tried to foist on us 7 years ago? MB
